Main castings use “MEEHANITE” Class FC30 and aged naturally through time allowing long-time-structural stability. Machine base fully supported design creating a high rigidity structure. The large spindle use CP6 precision angular contact ball bearing. All slide ways are coated with TURCITE-B and then scraped for precision operation and longevity. Horizontal and vertical spindle options, Pendent control panel, vertical spindle tilt +/- 45 degrees.
