Overview
Every Paragon internal grinder is designed and manufactured based on the following management concepts: Application of the newest technologies and innovation, endless improvement and progress and customer satisfaction. Assembly is carried out in strict compliance with ISO 9001 directives.. All machine bases are manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron with a low center of gravity.
RIG-150 CNC Series:
- CNC Controller options FANUC / SIEMENS / MITSUBISHI with Paragon easy to operate conversational interface.
- Programs can be downloaded by RS-232 interface or input from a flash-card through PCMIA port.
- Servo motors directly driven by C1 class ballscrew, minimizing backlash.
- Heidenhain Liner scales
- Maintenance function such as a diagnosis and alarm message is provided to quickly identify the cause of failure.
- Auto dressing during grinding compensation in canned cycle uses touch sensor technology for precision profiles.
- Manual Pulse Generator (MPG) handwheel is provided for adjustments.
