Automatic surface grinder with AND Operator Panel.
Easy to operate LCD panel with full control of all three axis. Machine structure is manufactured from high quality “Meehanite” class FC cast iron. Direct type spindle uses high precision P4 bearings along with V3 grade spindle motor providing superior rigidity and stability.
Saddle guide ways use a double V designed, coated with Turcite-B and hand-scraped providing smooth movement, with an automatic forced lubrication system. All guide ways and ball screws use automatic forced lubrication. (Safety alarm detects oil supply is low).
Y and Z axis use precision ball screws.
Y axis uses AC servo motor along with MPG (Manual Pulse Generator) to reach high feeding accuracy AND control: The operation modes are easy and simple for users to setup automatic grinding.
